By accessing and using EventsFlo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EventsFlo is an event planning and management platform that provides tools for:

Creating and managing events
Handling RSVPs and guest management
Processing payments and subscriptions
Sharing media and event content
Providing analytics and reporting

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
